Everyone is friendly and helpful here! Good/wide selection of groceries for a petrol station shop. Costa coffee machine and fresh baked goods available also. Would recommend!!

So I was walking my dog and went past the co post, a bit further down there was a shopping basket next to the hedge. Someone had clearly run of with a basket, so I thought I would return it.
I get to.the doors and they are locked as they are closing for the night. I call to the manager to show I had returned said basket for them and she ignores me as she brings the shutter down.
I'm left looking awkward for a while as I can hear the manager speaking with the other employee, and end up just leaving the basket outside the door.
I was expecting a parade or a statue built in my honour, but a 'Thanks, can you leave it at the door' should have been doable.
Now as I'm an extremely petty individual, I'm going to have to get my fuel from the shell garage on Burton road from now on.

Easy in and out, petrol n a few household bits at same time. Parking also available if you want to do more of a shop.

Well stocked co-op for your essentials. There is space to park right next to the pumps. Find the staff friendly here.

Sometimes, the staff at the till are more involved with idle chit chat with people they know, and tend to dismiss the queue of people waiting... if a certain girl is on the till, and there is a small queue, I often leave, and go else where...
So, poor and slow service... but if you've bought petrol, then you have to wait for the girl to chat, or in some cases let a child do the scanning, as it appears to be fun for them.
But not the queue behind, obviously.

Some staff are very very sliow when it comes to serving customers. They tend to spend more time talking than actually getting people served and at the end of the day everyone has places to be and things to do. It is not fair that they should just stand their talking and talking while customers are waiting to be served and have places to be.

I visited this store no more than an hour ago. I was served by someone either called Christopher or William (I forgot which one) a tall chap with dark hair. Anyway I had popped into buy some groceries and my request for a carrier bag was ignored because he was too busy talking into his headset about another colleague.
