Co-op Food - Jedburgh Superstore

Good shop but personally I couldn't do a weeks shopping. Ideal for a few top up items. Looking for cakes last night. Well eventually found them. Good selection of chilled cakes something for everyone. Because of the time of day fresh produce was low.. but plenty of milk.. Open until 10pm..

Staff are great and helpful. A bit pricey compared to other supermarkets. But on the whole a nice modern fresh look and layout. Would have got 5* if there self service took cash as well as card payments.

Large bright clean and well stocked grocery shop.
Lovely clean bright and welcoming enhanced acess toilet.
Very surprisingly there is a 20 person community meeting room also available in thr store.
Has a 5% personal refund on CO OP own brands to which is added a further 1% donation to community charities.
Prices are low especually when contrastedvto London where we gadvtrsvelled from

Wonderful to see such practical communitaruanism in practice.

Great selection of items, not a huge store but I manage to get my main groceries here weekly. Decent prices and some excellent weekly offers.

Clean well stocked store with friendly staff

Clean and well stocked.
The staff member who I ask for help was brilliant. Showed me straight to the product and was friendly and smiley.
Has self checkouts which got me out of the shop quickly.

Great selection of local produce. We bought local salmon, crisps, cakes and scones, breakfast meats and bread- all delicious and a real treat.

Expensive and staff ill mannered with zero customer service skills
