Lovely staff and has whatever you need could be better if customer's used self service more instead of moaning

-Large Coop
-Only one person at the till when there should have been two, self service tills were working and had several of them but I needed to be served by a staff member
-Good selection of the Gro Vegan range

Popped to coop this evening and was honestly surprised how rude and unhelpful the staff member was ( Alison). I used the self service which I have many times and never had a problem until today. When I queried my issue with Alison her response and customer service skills were left to be desired. The shop was dead so there was not a problem for her to deal with my issue in a tidy manner.. shocking.

Absolute shambles of a place. The (very) large bloke shouldn’t be working with customers at all.

The vegan options here are akin to a wedding in the 1940s, nonexistent.

Normal run of the mill supermarket store, it is a nice place, store staff are good here, produce also is good and had a very wide chose, considering its location in a small village area. Will shop here again as liked the store plus chose plus other items for sale their in as well.
Easy fast shipping trip without any Hassel either, just remember to wear your mask folks cos it matters.

Customer service from a lady by the name of Allyson was simply appalling this afternoon. She was very ignorant and totally failed to deliver a smile the whole time she served ! Not sure who crossed her path but her work ethic was disgusting. Wouldn’t entertain her working for my business !

Love the self service tills. Very easy to use. Great products. My favourites are sourdough bread, croissants and the meat
