Had to move several times whilst trying to access fridge's then waited to no avail for the rude assistant not to come and serve me left without anything as unable to pay this is the second time why do they bother opening of they don't want to serve you

Just got back from Nisa, very rude Customer Service from Roger. I asked for a Parcel from Evri, he had a look and couldn't find it. I have a tracked delivery and confirm delivery date on Thursday 18th. He was so unhelpful and rude towards me. I have ordered parcels before in the past and they have been great but this one person has now stopped me from ordering there again. He didn't even offer to look again for me when I provided the tracking information.
Defiantly Avoid if Roger is working there !!!!!!

This is the nearest convenience store to my father's home and I have been getting various items there for the past few months while dad has been in hospital.

Their Evri machine has been broken all week, I thought I'd make the most of the trip by buying a couple of groceries. The first thing I picked up (bread rolls) were out of date by 4 days, then I grabbed tomatoes and they were green and fuzzy with mould.

Absolutely don't come here for anything fresh or for Evri returns!
