This shop has such lovely, most friendly, helpful and happy staff. It's got a decent variety of groceries that are always fresh. Great Dog treats.

Edit : the 4th time the shop closed in two weeks, Why are they doing this? they shut 2/3 hours before closing time, please actually give a notice before constantly doing this..

Black people are not welcome in ONE STOP SHOP, Cardiff. One year ago and a day after my 40th birthday the store manager Grant Coombes and his girlfriend Kerry accused me of stealing a pint of milk. One stop shop failed to watch the cctv camera and failed to listen to the shop manager where I had originally purchased the milk. Rather, Grant Coombes called the police. The police man beat me so badly, I spent 26 hours in hospital as a result of pain and suspected head injuries. Yes, I am a woman of a small frame and a white policeman served me with a beating. As a result of One Stop Shop’s accusation and the unlawful arrest, I lost my home, my business and my career. I am in the mental health profession as a nurse, best interest assessor and Approved Mental Health Professional. One year after, the legal department of One Stop Shop and Tesco have failed to answer my solicitors as the Court did not favor one stop shop Grant Coombes and South Wales Police, Especially PC 467 Julian John. This case is now in the hands of the Anti Corruption team at Bridgend. The only supporters in One Stop Shop are Daryl- who so kindly spoke the truth, Pravin and Sue. This case will go to Court again, the media and health sector are interested in hearing my journey as a result of One Stop Shop. My advise to shoppers is this, regardless of what you need in a store, the colour of your skin will determine whether you are a thief or not. Yes, I am black. The discrimination and stigma of being black means that people like Grant Coombes and his girlfriend Kerry who works in the Canton branch will always brand you a thief. Even though I bought my milk for 99pence. I have no career, I am homeless, the NMC carried out investigations on me. If you are a health professional, a lawyer or in a profession that is regulated, please be careful. People who lack education can ruin you.

The worst shop in the world, Tesco who are meant to be champions in the support of mental health-shame on you. As for One Stop Shop, you have shown Black people are not welcome in your stores. Long may you live.

A friendly local licenced minimarket that sells a wide variety of products. There is an onsite Post office. Open 6am til 10pm seven days a week.

Disgusting to my friend about her ID saying she had gained weight , do not recommend and think they should do better

Great little convenience store. Staff always friendly. 1 star knocked off for not selling Braeburn apples anymore :( but love it when you hear "YOU'RE BANNED!!!"
