Clive Street Convenience Store

A terrible place. Had to collect a UPS order from there. Even though had nothing to do with the store or anything the guy who runs the place shouted at my partner for leaving the package there for 6 days.
What was due to UPS not us.. as we wasn't told it was dropped there, but either way you shouldn't shout at a customer and be disturbingly rude.
A horrible shop and a horrible owner. Shouldn't be apart of the premier franchise. How dare you. I wish i was there at the time to give you a piece of my mind!. Horrible man. Treat people with respect!

Dropped off a UPS parcel and couldn’t believe how rude and grumpy the man was!

I entered the store and said hello. An older man behind the counter chose to ignore me. He scanned my parcel and threw the scanner on the counter and said “text or email” apparently I now had to pick the scanned up and enter my details. I felt unvalued and disrespected. What a horrid shop!

I’ve had the same issue as the person below. The man that runs this store is UNBELIEVABLY rude.
Popped in to leave a UPS parcel and ended up arguing over a receipt he claimed I needed to prove online payment which I’ve never had to do before.
At least I had my chance to tell him how disrespectful he was and ask him why he needed to be so difficult.
He must have some serious issues going on in his life to be like that, poor thing!
However, I will never step foot in his store again

Extremely rude. Not recommended at all. I picked my UPS parcel, I will request to withdraw the license from this rude disgusting place.

Popped back in to collect my UPS parcel and have been told its under new owernship thank god for that new owner is very polite. Lets hope its stays this way :)

Absolute amateurs. Handed in a UPS package there and they’ve lost it. Tried to blame UPS but have claiming that they’ve taken it but they have no evidence. Awful customer service as well. Clueless.

Excellent ,all grocery shops in UK in general are . Step in buy leave

I gave the ready salted crisp to the cashier and he gave me back the money and ate it!!!
