Excellent shop .Reasonably priced, excellent staff. The gentleman working on New year's Eve when I turned up late evening was so kind and helpful, I was so grateful for this half way through a very long journey North to south. Many thanks.

Small but perfectly formed

Very good local shop and post office .
Good range of stock for size of store .

It's a Spar, quite well stocked. The next door toilets are an outrage, 20p entrance, no change given, no toilet paper, not well maintained.

Small but well stocked and the staff have always been cheerful and helpful. So convenient, particularly with the post office counter also serving as a cash point.

Stopped to use the toilets and get some lunch to eat on the go. Was very surprised to find that there was a charge for the toilets - despite them being in a shocking condition and no loo roll in any of the cubicles. Spar was as you'd expect.
I'd suggest using other facilities, if you can wait for the next town.
