I was uneasy at first as I was so used to it being Geordies. The place does look a lot better than it used to. The forecourt is now a car park which is great so you don't block the road anymore.

They have a great selection of goods and the staff are friendly.

Expensive, eg Portugese custard tarts about 85p - exactly same ones 47p in Lidl. Ready meals not good. Handy store if you forget anything at the supermarket but we don't use it much.

Brilliant store and right next to my house Which is very convenient. Some things can be a bit expensive but overall it is very good.

Three stars. Not the best place to go if you need anything frozen as there frozen section in comparison to the size of said store is tiny and never has anything of substance in it. And also shelves are empty with items that are usually staples in most homes. Great place for a basic shopping bag.

Great shop 5 star staff but unfortunately your quite expensive " joints" of beef aren't what they seem. It is very low grade flank rolled with aprox 60% chunk of fat in the middle which was inedible and the little beef left was still tough even after being in the pressure cooker. This is the second one like this but thought the first was just a one off. Co op is a great store which we will conti to use but you really need to try this ti believe it.

I’m not local to the area but have called in here on a number of occasions now. Mainly due to it being open a little later (23:00 rather than 22:00) than some other convenience stores closer to my temporary location.
Never had to leave without what I went in for. More importantly all the staff members I have met have been extremely helpful and courteous.
Although infrequent, it’s always been a pleasure to visit.
