Co-op Food - Pensarn - Marine Terrace

Very convenient, and well stocked shop. The car park can be busy at times, but there is always a space available. Typical co-op offers and prices etc handy outdoor cash point too.

Went to this coop this morning. Really rude lady at checkout. There's only a small bagging are of which she stood and watch me try to pack my over 40 pounds of items. No customer service whatsoever
Been to this coop before where the younger staff are so polite, pack for you and have a lovely conversation with you. The other staff on today are very impolite. I can't understand why the woman who served this morning was employed. Lovely handy little supermarket BUT the unprofessional, rude staff let it down. I don't think I have ever had such bad customer service. As some of my items were falling out of my bag she just stared at me. In fact the more I think about it the madder I feel. I couldn't wait to get out of the store 🙁☹

Amazing service! The staff member at the till was very nice, asking how I was and making me feel welcome. Give the man a pay rise! I will be returning for more sarnies in the future.

Shop and staff are lovely but do NOT use Click n Collect service. Two items missing and others replaced with no notifications.

Called in on our way back home to Rhyl to get a few bits and pieces, some good offers, some of the items a bit pricey, good quality produce, staff are nice, good store,

Whilst the shop itself is great and the staff friendly the delivery service is not fit for purpose.

Out of the 5 or 6 orders I've placed there have been issues with at least 4 of the deliveries. Items missing, stuff delivered on its use by date, complete bags of shopping not delivered (eg. all the chilled stuff today).

You are not a priority delivery to sort it out it seems either and the redelivery was also missing an item today.

The store manager has compensated a little by putting in an extra pack of biscuits and you eventually get refunds for missing items but that isn't the point.

The odd minor error is bound to occur, but so many errors so often shows this isn't working as it should. Either it requires more staff to do it properly or the system of using an external delivery service needs to be changed. I so wanted to choose my local store for home delivery but not until they sort the issues out.

My local store but it's just to busy these days started lovely before pandemic now it's a mess it's turned into north Wales local and the store isn't big enough always packed out feel sorry for the staff how they work like that I will never no way too busy nothing fast about it now

Great staff,very welcoming.good products ,but what makes it is the staff.they take covid 19 seriously and I would recommend this shop.
