The older lady who works in there follows me around the store,
Even though I'm in there every day!
I've told her a couple of times that I'm not a thief and she's making me feel uneasy!
She doesn't greet me once I enter the shop, her manners are shocking, I don't get a simple 'thank you' or 'goodbye' once I leave.
Absolutely shocking!
I did spend between £30-40 a week in that store but not anymore, I'll walk to Asda instead!

Nothing but attitude of the old larger lady in the shop. Asked me for ID on a can of monster the legal age is 16.
I'm 25 and married, I showed her my wedding ring and got sarcasm and attitude i won't be shopping there as long as that troll works there.

The staff are nice and polite and when needed to be very helpful, yes some of the prices are maybe a bit expensive but it it a convenience store so what do you expect, saying that they do almost match the supermarkets on quite a few things.

The manager of this store is an aggressive lady who should not be allowed around children.
She grabbed my 14 year old son and threw him out of the shop because he wasn't buying anything and wouldn't leave as he was just with his mates!
Police took a statement but the company pulled ranks and the police could not see her grab him because of camera angles, she lied and said she grabbed his bag.
So I went the appropriate way of dealing with it. Now to oust her online.
It also isn't the first time she has physically assaulted a minor in the shop. She targets the quiet ones because she knows the louder ones wouldn't stand for it!!
And shame on the company for ignoring any attempts to contact a manager to speak to. Tescos should take note seeing as they are a part of this company!!
