Excellent service

Possibly the rudest staff member of any store I have ever known in my life. Give someone a little power during the virus outbreak and suddenly they feel they are minarure saddams. Dirty store that definitely is in need of a change of ownership, I would suggest using the premier or tesco. The sooner thow closes or she is replaced the better.

It has a new owner who has reformed the place with good stock and currently taking requests.

Have just bought a box of skittles frozen lollies here. Gave them to grandchildren and just noticed they went out of date in Dec 2021. Rang the shop to inform them to check their freezer and they denied selling that type of lollies and they even denied having a freezer at back of shop...

Recently taken over by new ownership & the change is remarkable. It is now a clean & tidy store with a variety of products as well as friendly staff who usually have a smile on their faces. The owner is very friendly & helpful as well. It has really changed from a run down scrappy establishment to a clean, well lit (at night) shop with many amenities. I would recommend.

Refused to sell me gas at 8.45pm because at there 600 pay point limit. Which ment that after this a service charge would apply and they were not willing to pay this service charge to serve the community. Bare in mind this is the only paypoint in rhoose currently as the post office is closed down.
We Will never use this shop again after being a regular paying customer for 8years .

Always a pleasure to shop here. All the staff are lovely, helpful and chatty. Plus I feel that shopping local is good for small businesses

Has the same stuff as most local shops parking around the back with friendly helpful staff
