Brilliant and friendly staff who are always happy to help, quick service and even a good gluten free section!

Staff always super friendly. Good selection of food and a small bakery section.

I'm more than happy to socially distance and wait outside due to one in one out rules, but when two people left the store I don't expect to be shouted at in the way the girl behind the counter did when I entered. I was gobsmacked the way she spoke to me. I use coop a lot but I'll give it a wide berth for a while due to this.

Absolutely rude staff here and with the social distancing the staff have gone power crazy especially the large gobby one who thought she was a bouncer off Jerry springer shouting an screaming because I didn’t go the one way system which may I add ain’t particularly clear towards the end! No professional manner in this store for sure!!

Unbelievably rude staff! Been working near this Co-op and getting my lunch from there, every time I have been spoken to in a disrespectful way, treated like I shouldn’t be in there and generally had a bad experience from the staff working there.
What happened to customer service???

Good selection of food and always friendly staff

After a recent spell in hospital I wanted to send some fruit to the ward as a thank you. I rang this branch and asked if they could accommodate me. As they were not, at that time, set up for deliveries, I had Drive Taxis take some money to cover my purchases and deliver the fruit to the Heath Hospital for me. The Co-op did me proud! The ward staff were delighted and the theatre and specialist nurses even rang me they were so thrilled. Thank you Co-op.

Limited small amount of people allowed in store together. Must wear a mask and socially distance from others. Makes it feel a safe shopping experience. Friendly and helpful staff with service with a smile.
