Tesco Express

went to Tay y parc petrol station on the 11/07/19 @ 22:24
As i was filling up my car with diesel
I noticed that on the billboard it says 125.9 and on the pump its 126.9
When i went to pay i told the staff about the price on the billboard and the pump are different so shouldn't i pay 125.9
They said oh sorry we will change it now we forgot to change it
And i said again shouldn't i pay whats on the billboard
They said sorry we cant
I was annoyed and i said i make A complaint they said its ok go ahead

I been to the place many time and saw the staff are messing around there are no professionalism in that store

Its like robbing people

Fairly large Tesco Express with attached petrol station, well stocked and clean, with efficient not very friendly staff, all you've come to expect from a Tesco Express. I have given 3 stars only because they have the main car park at the rear with no entrance that end. Damned inconvenient in the pouring rain!

Clean station with helpful and friendly staff. Not too busy at the time of my visit.

Prices are too high. You are better off finding having a look around to fill up. Texaco petrol stations where around 5p cheaper in Wales.

The pump price was dearer tha the road sign advertised

Well stocked shop staff more interested in talking to each other rather than serving customers

There were queues but the staff dealt with each customer with speed and efficiency.

It is also possible to pick up your daily essentials like milk and bread and a few other items for a quick meal.

I would recommend this store

Lovely staff very happy to help, if you have a disability the staff will come out and put your fuel in for you. Nice little shop for any last minute purchases.
