The owners are always polite and the shop is always clean

Staff are always lovely the only thing letting the shop down is the entrance being a step and narrow door, it makes it extremely hard to get in and out with a load of shopping and a pram

Would have given NO stars if I could. Vile rude and offensive sales assistant wouldn't admit their blatant mistake, after a refund i was banned from the shop with language and abuse . I would suggest shopping elsewhere....

Okay messy layout and usual narrow isles to contend with though this is typical of these size stores.
