Absolutely disgusting and rude member of staff.

I just came in with my service dog and rather than the woman ask me if my dog was a service dog or not she tells me to leave the store because only 'Guide dogs' are aloud in and proceeds to tell me only guide dogs are aloud and that my dog is UN hygienic and dirty.

My dog had a groom yesterday that staff member needs more training in customer service absolutely awful.

Very unfriendly, unprofessional and uncalled for i will not be coming here again.

Great shop for the white Usk community. My mixed raced girlfriend went there and received terrible treatment by the shop assistant. While she was browsing, the shop assistant put a hand up in her face and said: “You need to step back!” She was literally just browsing and checking prices! Absolutely disgusting. Move on with times!

Good selection and a surprisingly large store and also very well stocked

Absolutely gobsmacked at the level of rudeness we have just experienced from a female member of staff. A whole other level! Cannot believe anyone would employ her let alone in a customer service role! Shocking attitude and complete lack of basic manners! Wow Co-op, sort it out!
