You have a review concerning the disabled facilities, the reviewer has clearly stated the problem and your requesting that they contact your customer services and report it, appalling comment to make ,the reviewer as already told you the issues.
Cowboy outfit springs to mind

Very rude, unhelpful staff. Place was dirty and shelves were very empty. They look after the accommodation, Raglan Lodge. Gave me a room key that wouldn't open the door. After returning twice to the counter to get a key that worked, the room was already occupied. Phoned across to get the problem resolved, staff said they would come over. After waiting for more than 25 minutes, no body came. I went back to the counter as my 5 year old grandson was very tired and needed to sleep. The manageress was extremely rude, I asked for a refund to which caused a disagreement. My grandson, by now was tearful, tired and frightened by our room being occupied. I finally got a refund and the manageress actually threw my receipt at me.
Do not go near this place, the entrance and corridors were filthy.

Service for food extremely slow. Also Subway drinks machine seems to of been out of order for months as it was the same last time we visited in June.
Food eating area absolutely minging every single table is filthy and as you can see it's empty here so no excuse for someone not to clean them especially with it being midday and people coming to stop by for dinner. So I had to take my 5yo to eat in the car 🙄
Pretty poor attitude towards cleanliness especially in these times with coronavirus and customer service all in all

Disabled toilet not fit for purpose- hand rail broken and unusable and emergency cord too short- dirty.

Very clean and modern services. Unfortunately the subway staff were unhelpful.
