Llanarmon-Yn-Ial Community Shop

Great local shop, loads of nice things, just could do a few more basics. Enjoyed my root beer, would have enjoyed some tinned tomatoes... That said, good to have a local shop, open every day, and it makes a good partnership with the Raven pub next door.

Popped in on a cycle ride. Had a nice coffee and a millionaire shortbread. Staffed by volunteers. Nice seats outside in the sun. Thanks :)

What a little gem! Coffee and cake were fantastic and the staff very friendly. A real morale boost after a long day's walking.

Fantastic community shop serving coffee, cake and ice cream with seating outside.

Can get popular with cyclists and walkers in the area, but always somewhere to just rest your feet for 10 mins.

The shop is stocked with essentials that you may need, including newspapers, mags, fresh meat and beer/wine etc.

Lovely little shop selling almost everything for villagers....but the homemade pastries, brownies, coffees & outdoors benches are spot-on for walkers & pre or post Shelf cyclists.
I hadn't realised that the really helpful staff were actually volunteers until afterwards - can this be made a little more obvious and a tip jar put somewhere?

Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Eccles cakes and almond slices are to die for!

They sell the most wonderful pasties & cakes.
The staff are all so friendly and pleased to help.
Lovely to be able to support the village shop.☺
