Almost every time I go into this shop the service can be extremely slow. I am not that type of person to write a good review but unfortunately I feel I need to write one at this point. Several times I have had to wait a long time (when in a rush) to get served. Today I had to wait for a conversation to end between the cashier and customer to finish to be served! They could see I was waiting a while and could of easily finished their conversation. They didn't hesitate at all to show that they has seen me. NOT HAPPY

The complete lack of customer care here would be laughable if it didn't anger me so much. (Shame I can't put zero stars) Every time I use this store, the staff are rude, to busy whispering amongst one another making you feel as if it's you that's the problem. Wanted to leave a review a whole back but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, I needn't have bothered becausei used the shop tonight, and wow have they not changed. Never again will o go there
