Absolute rubbish owners all they want is your money and don't care about their customers at all , they have a post office that gives free cash withdrawals that shuts at 7:30pm. (bear in mind i myself have taken money out plenty of times at 7:29pm , one minuite before it closes) but they refuse to give any cashback even up to 20 minuites before some days wich is extremely unreliable and inconvenient to the customer , this is all due to the fact they cant be bothered to open the till instead they tell you to use the cash machine behind them that costs £1.75 for cash withdrawals and laugh at you in disrespect when your walking out their door because they know they scammed you , i once got told that the owner couldn't get me £10 out of the post office because the shop was out of money... what absolute rubbish. He then continued to laugh in my face. When i asked him why he was being like this. He told me off for continually coming to get money out 5 minutes before the post shuts and then tried banning me.I myself have anxiety and depression and got extremely hurt by this and wouldnt reccomend them to anyone as the stuff he was saying i am still hurt now , this business should be shut down. They leave their dog rome around the shop at random times of the day. especially at closing times that sometimes scare the children because how big he is , ive saw with my own eyes the dog pee/mark its territory over the bottom shelf as ypw walk in through the door where the freddos and other kids sweets are. I find this highly unsanitary and disgusting and will be writing into trading standards regarding this issue. I wouldn't reccomend any parents or guardians to buy any sweets or chocolate from the bottom shelf.
Yours sincerely your local boy.

Need to get clued up on policies. Forced to wear a mask or get out, you have a sign on the front of your shop saying not all disabilities are visible yet victimise people for having a disability. It's not mandatory to carry proof, just advisable!!

Fine place, always tidy and clean and a much better choice then Texaco up the hill, do wish it was opened until 9PM though, feels like it's a tad unconvient to close up at 8.

Used to be a brilliant shop when it was run by Debbie and Dave, new owners have let the shop go to ruin, hardly any stock when you need it, if you need to pay by card you now have to do this in the post office as the card machine has disappeared, the music is so loud sometimes you can barely think and the owners are rude, should you ask them a question they will have a sharp attitude when telling you to ask the staff.

Not to mention things not being stocked but also massive price hikes on certain items.

Such a shame.

Shop & post office convenience is good, parking can be tricky , but the post office service is very useful for staying out of town...
