Every time I am served by Nerys at the post office counter I receive really poor service. She’s flustered and very dismissive. As soon as I explain I would like the parcel sending she’s puts her hand up to me and says WAIT! Really shouldn’t be in this role if a customer can’t even say how they would like the parcel posting without this behaviour. Never a good experience .

Staff always pleased to serve you. Post office part is very handy now Banks have closed, handy to get cash out or put money for Bank. Plenty of stamps etc for Royal Mail.

Got told my card didn't work.....I could see the payment went through but the lady was positive it hadn't worked scanned again and now been charged twice
