Thumbs up for stocking the delicious Village steak pies. Thumbs down for not having any breakfast baps at 10am, though got a reduced item which was still good quality.

The way people try to enter and park is interesting to say the least

-Open 24 hours

Cons:
-Kinda expensive compared to other shops
-Full of drunks and smackheads if you go in after midnight.
-Needs a good clean, looks filthy especially around the till area.

Should never have been granted 24h opening, trying to live within 500 yards is a nightmare. Drunks seem to congregate in the car park at all hours, wanna be racing car drivers trying to do a lap of monza quicker than lewis hamilton and delivery trucks arriving at 7 o'clock in the morning all make it rather difficult to sleep of a night.

CAR OWNERS BEWARE

I am writing to challenge the above Penalty Charge Notice by Smart Parking at your store.

On 15.10.22 I received a parking ticket for the reason of remaining in the car park longer than permitted. But I believe that the fine was issued wrongly. Therefore I would like to submit an appeal for the following reason(s):

• The alleged contravention didn’t happen as I wasn’t parked inappropriately/didn’t park there over the allotted time limit. I have provided evidence!

On the day the alleged contravention occured, I had visited the Spar Store, Rhosddu Road, Wrexham on two seperate occasions. Once before work in the morning at 07.15 hrs to 07.24 hrs and again at night 21.21 hrs to 21.23 hrs.

I note your cameras failed to detect my vehicle leaving the car park twice. This is also the second time I have received such a notification within the space of one week. The last one was on 8th October for the same alleged misdemeanor.

It also suggests that your system is fundamentally flawed. In view of this I am making a formal complaint to Spar customer services.

I have been a regular daily customer for many years at this store and I am a frightened to visit in case I have a repeat occurrence of wrongly issued fines. To the point I feel I have to boycott this store because of arbitrary and incorrect fines being issued to me. I am certain many of your other customers would be interested to learn what is happening.

Good shop been coming here for years. Ignore all the negative feedback

Ideal location & open 24hr so really handy if you run out of the essentials or simply want a Costa coffee from the machine

Its expensive, but it never closes, open 24 hours even on Christmas day.
