Rude staff, ignored for 10 minutes. Had to ask to be served and didn't even offer me my penny change just left in till and stormed off again.

Serious question does Christine go out of her way to be as rude as she can? All the staff are lovely, this woman is toxic, speaks to customers and staff in a horrible way. Give her a job in the stock room, customer fronting she should not be!!

Once upon a time I worked in Colwyn Bay where the Spar shop had a "Pound Bites" section offering hot snacks for a pound. This section disappeared from the Colwyn Bay shop several years ago so while wandering around Towyn and seeing a large advert for "Pound Bites" prominently displayed outside the Spar I had to check it out. Sadly it turned out the advert was misleading as there were no snacks anywhere close to a pound. The bacon and sausages weren't a pound, as advertised outside, but instead were £1.55 each so weren't the bargain promised. They really need to remove the misleading ad to avoid causing further disappointment.

The shop itself is effectively a caravan site store with caravan site store prices, i.e. it's not cheap. It's also a bit cramped which isn't ideal given that it was quite busy when I was there so it was difficult to get around the aisles. The local post office counter is also in the shop which takes up even more space. If ever there was a shop that needed to expand into bigger premises this is it.

Very posh store. Reminds me of Buckingham Palace.
