SPAR Bridgend

I work at this store and previously your listing had been correct. not sure what's happened!

This is my local shop and due to a rude, unprofessional member of staff names Sarah wells I have been forced to stop shopping here.
I corrected a mistake she made and she lost it with me, I then proceeded to tell her that her customer service was not up to scratch.
Her retaliation was shocking, she phoned my place of work and started confrontation, she mailed me abuse on Facebook and also is abusive towards me in the street.
All down to one comment on her customer service. One thing you should learn in customer service is that the customer is always right... even when they’re wrong.
I also called the manager and he proceeded to tell me to jog on and that she was a brilliant member of staff.

Lovely girl serves me often. Especially on a Sunday. Pleasant, polite, sweet. Can't fault it!

God knows where this store is, but it isn't where maps says it is.

Brilliant little store. Great variety of items from fresh meat to vegetables, to home products, tobacco and alcohol. Friendly customer service

Always great service and good selection of goods on offer.
