Not great when they advertise in big writing that they are open at 7am when the doors are still locked at 7:30am. Having said that, when they are actually open, the staff are great

Don’t not order Deliveroo with this shop absolutely disgusting attitude and sends hardly any of the products that I ordered still toke full payment and still haven’t received my money back joke of a place do not order will be robbed 🙁🙁

Made a human error ova 6months ago and completely over reacted with the red head member of staff after she had called my works and said i had stolen something, i had not i had swapped a cigarette packet ova the counter and hadnt realised i bought them some where else (no excuse for my reaction but i was having a ruff week). I left work and went straight bk to the shop where i found her rude and aggressive and responded in a way i will admit ashamed me. I have shopped with her on the premises since and not had an issue. I normally try to be extra nice to customers service as im in the industry, but today after refusing to serve me personally she continued to shout at me while another member of staff attempted to serve me, once she told me she was banning me i decided to leave the shop. Even if i think she has the right to say her piece im not sure screaming at me while behind a counter would be called professional if she does this to customers she doesnt like imagine how she treats those below her. Glad she will neva be my boss
