Love this shop, it's the only one open on a Sunday till very late in my area. Nice choice of products and u can find most things....yes they maybe a little more expensive but for location and convienienc you can't go wrong.
Also look out for their bargains and frozen food offers they are well worth thinking about. The staff are friendly and the car park always full, all a good sign of a winning combination

It was a good shop. They do sell alot of good food however, the food is a little bit on the expensive side. Such as the milk is like £2 whereas other shops sell milk for about £1.30. So the shop does have good products but honestly it isn't good for doing your weekly shop in i think its great though to treat the kids and let them pick out some sweets or snacks.

i was trying to get myself a meal deal, but i was short of 15 pence! and the cashier said "YOU NEED TO HURRY UP" and it was very scary. Maria Regola paid for my meal and I have never been more delighted. Thanks :) this is a pic of my meal, thanks to Maria!

We visited the Felinfoel store. We followed the sign for extra parking and parked in the spaces provided. Whilst doing our shopping, including ice cream and various frozen products, a delivery lorry pulled in and blocked the additional spaces off completely. When enquired with a member of staff, she said we wouldn't be able to get out for at least 20 minutes. She had an attitude. And told us we shouldn't have parked down there. In the additional spaces, that are signposted, in their car park. So now we are sitting here, ice cream melting (although they did then take it off us and put in a freezer), fridge stuff getting warm. We did ask why they didn't close the additional spaces off if they were expecting a delivery and she said well no one would be able to park and shop. So they have put profits over customers money, and goods, which are now spoiling in my boot. There is also 3 other cars stuck down here, including small children and dogs. This is absolutely crazy. If a delivery is due, they should block off, or at least warn drivers. And the staff member I spoke too should to on a customer service course because they way she spoke to me, and the people in the other cars was diabolical. When questioning, she shouted "do not speak over me" was her response when we were trying to explain the situation. We did try suggesting ideas, like a tannoy announcement explaining a delivery due, or someone standing out front explaining to drivers. Not once was there an apology, just attitude. They said it said in the signs that deliveries come, but I have attached photos of the 3 signs on way in, and as you can see, none of them mention possibly being blocked in for 20 minutes

Very disappointed with the experience. The cashier was very grumpy and also ignored the requests of other customers. She also didn't offer a receipt and charged us double the price for a meal deal when it was on an offer. The layout of the shop is horrible and very confusing. You have to go through very narrow aisles trying not to bump into people as you go through the overpriced stock. Also the carpark is very awkward to get in as you don't have room to manoeuvre. They have no place to lock bicycles and almost everything is covered in plastic! This is absolutely unacceptable especially for a company that is trying to be more sustainable! If there was an option to rate it as 0 stars I definitely would.

I am shocked by what I witnessed this morning, a young boy was at the till getting his lunch for the day, a meal deal, he was short of the right amount and he asked if he changed the drink would it be cheaper, the cashier replied "I don't know and you need to hurry up as I have customers" in a grumpy manner. I told her that I would pay the remainder, when I got to pay for mine I asked how much I owed and she told me 15p! 15 pence!!! She was rude to a polite young man who was only trying to feed himelsf over 15 pence! Now I understand how you can't do that for everyone but come on how many times does it realistically happen and in the case of a teen in a time where everyone is struggling with money, I will never use this store again out of sheer disgust, I'm just glad I was there to help him! Her rudeness towards him is what got me most

Was ok. Clean and staff friendly enough, but i was let down by the layout of the shop. I know its been covid and they had to implement a one way system but it just seemed as if they had set it up the most confusing and awkward way they could fathom up.
