Co-op Food - Brackla

Love theg new look, easy to navigate around the store. Staff are very helpful if you can't find what your looking for. Express checkouts are a great addition just a shame they're card only. Some great prices and deals. Especially for 5 items for 5 pounds in the freezer section.

Staff are always friendly when you get to see them and if anything is wrong they fix it straight away. However, forget nipping in quickly if you want to pay with cash as the only way to do this is to go to a manned till as the self serve ones are card only. New layout is good but they could do with price matching more, considering they have 3 large supermarkets within walking distance. Fruit and veg goes off much quicker than other stores, but I never have this issue as I use it to top up a large shop.

The shop itself is good. It's the staff that are the problem. There's one or two (mostly male) who are helpful but in the main they only provide the basic assistance. Never offer to help fill my bags and they make me feel as if I'm a nuisance when I can't exit the till quick enough for them to see to the next customer. Sadly this is the same with most of the Co-ops I enter. Always has been. Where's the staff training??? I think they are taught not to help and taught to glare instead!

Quite a nice and small local co-op. Less busy than other bigger shops, and nicely situated. The prices are slightly higher, but that's part of their brand.
Staff are nice, and a good chat in the evenings when its empty!

It was lovely today to see Callum back in the store. I'm sorry about his other job but it's co op gain for sure. Such a lovely young man

All covid 19 restrictions in place. Always fully stocked and has some quite good deals. Self service for card payments only, manned till and cigarette kiosk so never queueing for long. Staff always helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking in the triangle with disabled parking right outside co-op. Cash machine also located just outside the shop

Conveniently placed in shopping centre with ample parking. Very clean with good staff. Wide range of products, not particularly cheap but saves travelling to out of town hypermarkets.

A small retail outlet with just a few stores but importantly a post office within one of the stores. Car park is not huge but always seems enough spaces at any one time available. The Co-Op itself has all the groceries you'd expect with some great individual deals in store.
