Shop is NEVER open till 10!! If you need to get there make sure it's before 9.45 as they put the shutters down by 9.50 ( to be fair it was down at 9.52 tonight so they must be slipping.... ) there is also a vile large girl who works there in the evenings and she is just god awful to deal with and the way she talk over people just plain rude. Good shop in daytime... But horrible place once the manager (think her name is Mandy) is gone....

Sort out Mandy, even if you just stay open the hours you claim to be would be a great improvement.
