I am calling for anyone that has received terrible customer service from this shop, I have witnessed them several times be incredibly rude, not serve customers for their missunderstanding, aggravate customers with there rudeness, man handle elderly ladies! Not only the owners, though they get there shelf packer to help! It's about time customers start taking a stand against these people. Please contact me for any retailer within Newport as it's about time respect comes both ways. With regards to this London's "I suggest you stay away or demand the human repsect everyone is entitled too" let's start standing up!!

I went there a few times ! Very convenient close to both bus stations ! I found a mini nail clipper ( I can't believe forgot to pack mine ! I never forgot before !! )there became so handy & it is a good quality & it was very cheap ! I forgot how much it was ,but believe around £3 ? I'll have to check ! The workers there were very friendly & helpful !! I highly recommend this store !! They sold flowers ,too !
