very poor that they cannot serve customers when deliveries come. They must know when they are coming GET EXTRA STAFF IN. Happening too regular not good enough especially when you are elderly and they are closed for at least an hour

One of the worst shops you’ll ever encounter for the most miserable staff and customer service. If you need a post office use the garden village one if you can, much friendlier with staff who know what they’re doing. Avoid this place as customers are treated like they’re an inconvenience.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Staff are rude. First time in there staff walked outside leaving customers in store waiting to be served to watch a woman outside who clearly had mental health problems talking to police because they wanted to gossip about her appearance. Second time myself and several other customers got kicked out because they couldn't work stock and serve 3 customers. Food also out of date and poor selection

Lovely staff, always helpful and caring. The manager there is very polite and helpful and the shop seems very well run! 5* would go back and I understand why the shop needs to shut during deliveries, we have to be safe due to Covid!😊
