Good size store with good offers available ,always seems open

Most of the time I go there and they got want I need plus brilliant staff

Fabulous service, everything you need, staff are really helpful and nothing is to much bother fo them.

Why are people so impolite these days?
I phoned to ask if they give out blue recycling bags, and they hung up before I'd even finished talking.
Is it my imagination, or have good manners become a thing of the past since Covid?
Seems to me people resent working, and being of service to the public now.
