Manager is rude and distracts staff when trying to serve customers. Face masks not worn properly if at all. Few staff I know and are friendly but the other few are rude and lack massively in customer service!

Not impressed to find it closed @ 6pm (on a Saturday) when should be open till 10pm. By reading through other reviews, seems this isn't the first time you've been closed when should be open on a Saturday!

Made an order from Uber eats which had two bag full groceries. They just delivered one bag. When I called the ship guy, initially that particular person told me this will never happen and I was trying to trick them. Later he understood he actually forgot to give one bag to the delivery guy. Still he refused to get it delivered even though it was his mistake and advised me to call Uber eats and sort things out. In the end I had to drive myself 10 miles up and down just to collect my bag full which I had already paid the delivery fee. Pathetic customer service. Never buying or recommending to anyone!!!

Brilliant shop when the correct staff are on do not appreciate when a shift manager be moans about his staff in front of customers and brags about his previous job 😡
