A good sized car park but only a small choice of vege or vegan food. Still, it is conveniently located for us.

This local co-op;store is a lifeline for the Builth Wells community. We could not manage without it. We'd have to drive either 11 or 16 miles to a bigger supermarket. The store is always clean and the staff helpful.

Builth Wells main Coop store with good stock and parking area at the top of town. The town could do with bit more competitive food and general goods arrangement.

Clean and tidy store with good selection of hot, cold, pre cooked and frozen food. Always had a lovely customer assistant experience at the till.

Terrible. WAY too expensive. In terms what they sell it loses out in quality, quantity and variety compared to other supermarkets. Thats WHEN they have stock (which is about as often as a lunar eclipse)

Terrible shop. Always out of stock of everything. Never enough staff. Manager Alphie is rude, deeply unpleasant and dismissive of any issues from customers and treats his staff poorly, which is reflected in a very obvious high turnover of staff. Food is extremely over priced and low quality. Veg bought from their store barely lasts a few days. The shop is dirty, foyer is full of cobwebs and spiders. Dust all over some of the displays. Single use plastic is everywhere on their products and no recycling us offered. Recycling area is always overflowing with boxes and this was only dealt with after a friend of mine phoned the council, the manager had no interest in dealing with the issue.

I will not be shopping at any of their stores in future.

No bread what we wanted (farmhouse loaf uncut) no jam donuts waste of time going most weeks as it's always the same

We stopped for a shop on our way down south, the dog needed walking and drink in his mouth. We bought some provisions and went on our way. I hope we will visit again there some day.
