Person working there is USLESS. i was about to send parcel by their shopped via prepaid label. he scanned it and told me he cant print label. EVEN TOLD ME TO SEND IT WITHOUT LABEL. so i told him to cancel it and i will go to the store whit working printer. long story short i got prepaid label used and email from DHL thanking me for sending parcel via them even tho i got parcel at home and it was never sended. AVOID THIS PLACE
