Large Co-op, friendly staff. Usually only one on the till.

Good choice of goods but not particularly cheap. Great location, next to the bus station. Good to dash into on the way home.

New store convenient location and now open every day including Sundays from 7sm till 10pm.Sunday opening all day is Ammanford s best kept secret.
Most people still think the store is only open 10 till 4 on Sunday, because that was the old stores opening hours.
The store is soon to have a managed car park to prevent people parking there all day which is great for the regular genuine shoppers.
Costa Coffee is a great addition and extremely popular.
Despite the reduction in size its amazing what you can purchase there.

Good selection and a free car park. Trific.

Be prepared to wait for a long time at the tills. I live around the corner from this store so use it regularly and every time have to wait or even go and find a member of staff to serve me. They do have self service so this is an option but only when they are working or you don't need something that needs age verification.
I would recommend people use the Premier store a little further down the road.

got I.D by the same person about 5 times in one day gave me my wrong change my brother got acussed of buying alcohol for minor's out of nowhere witch was false also payed for my items on one occasion and the ex male manger sniffed the five pound note I passed him before putting it in the till. Update (all the staff are sound apart from the one with the snake bite and the guy with a affro that threatened to ban me for life because the covid barrier was taken down by them and i accidentally walked through he also thinks he's a big man I've seen him jump on staff after the customer leaves and gives them a good telling off about something but not saying it once like a normal personal repeating it like 5× times witch is belittling
