Great friendly staff. So helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Jays is not that local to me, but given the service well worth a short drive. Always happy to deal with parcel collection, and returns service first class. Thank you.

Absolutely love Jay and his wife, always so friendly, and we’re on a named basis as we have built such a strong rapport. My local, and he’s cheap, Affordable, always got everything you need in store, and him and his wife are very friendly. I see them as friends rather than my local shop!

I have sent some parcels here. As it’s my local Hermes drop off. The guy and lady is helpful and friendly. Sometimes the scanner plays up but they are patient and don’t rush you out of the store. From the moment you walk in there is a friendly atmosphere. Its about 10 minute drive but it’s worth it for the friendless your welcomed by when you arrive at the store. I love the led lights on the jays news sign too!

Great family run convenience store. I’m pretty much there every other day dropping or picking up parcels. They are always so helpful. Great selection of essentials in there too. They work such long hours, yet they still manage to have smiles on their faces. Great local shop

Always use Jay's news for DPD drop off, run by a lovely family. Always go out of their way to help, and will always try their best to take all DPD parcels, they are very busy between 3-4.30, so try an avoid these times. Thank you 😊

I’m a kid and I came in with my friends. The owners asked us many questions and was repeatedly asked “are you going to buy anything?” From one of the workers when I was about to buy something. The shop owners keep a good eye on kids like they think we’re going to steal from there.The workers are not trustworthy enough of kids and always stared at us . The cashier got impatient as I was getting change from my wallet. The shop has sold monster energy drinks to a friend of mine repeatedly. The shop is not good
