Service in this store is shocking the team are rude and do not demonstrate and customer care this is general of this store I have just been served by Ashley who did not even speak to me at the till not even a thank you totally unacceptable for the should name the branch uncooperative

Nice bright, welcoming mini-supermarket selling a bit of everything, including chilled goods, frozen goods, tinned/cupboard goods, drinks, alcohol, cleaning products, toiletries, magazines, greetings cards, baked goods, and tobacco. They also have a specialist food section including gluten-free food. The staff can sometimes be reluctant to serve (they seem to prefer filling shelves) but they are very pleasant.

Whatever you need for basic shopping they got it. They also have special offers, like dinner from the freezer all for £5,00. I like that it's really good for a meal time when there's little time to prepare food. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The staff in this store are wonderful,they are so helpful and kind nothing is to much trouble for them jan viv and especially Becky,I came in the other day on my scooter as I was having a really bad day in pain ,Becky knew this ,then a day later she knocked on my door with flowers and chocolates to brighten up my day,I was up stairs so my husband took them and thanked her it brought my to tears how such a beautiful kind thoughtful girl could do this for me,her parents should be so proud of the way they brought her up.i hope the manager reads this and appreciate her and all the staff he has.

Most of the staff are lovely but service is really bad as I think they are rushed off their feet trying to fill shelves and serve at the till obviously more staff needed so that there is always a member of staff on till and also someone in reserve to jump on till immediately when it’s really busy also it is quite expensive

Dont park in the "customer" car park - unless you want the be blocked in by delivery drivers for 30 minutes. Staff don't care. !!!!!!!

It a community shop.and all the staff very helpful.friendly.they know customer needs.👏

Purchased several items and the checkout girl ( becky) was pleasent and very helpful. She certainly put a smile on my face and made my day. I will definitely return there again, thankyou so much for making my day x
