Co-op Food - Gowerton - Sterry Road

I shop in yr store on a regular basis. .seeing that I live nearby. ..the store only employs a handful of staff due to the size of the store! And yet each time I visit the store is usually bump into staff members. ....but there is one particular member of staff..I can't take too. ..he doesn't wear a name badge. .but i can only describe him as quite thick set and he wears a beard. ... (he is the only one that wears a beard ) every time I say hello to him he totally ignores me and always looking miserable and unfriendly. ..I suggest you that you as a company take steps to solve this problem otherwise I shall be shopping elsewhere where staff are more customer friendly. ..

Although could do with more staff, this is a perfect little store. Always busy - hence more staff but the staff they got do their utmost best for all! The self serv till can be a pain but still can be quicker than queuing on a busy day!

I popped in this morning for a few items. While I was deciding if I wanted to purchase some bananas I noticed one of them was bruised and starting to go off, this seemed to be attracting flies. There was a member of staff close by filling shelves in the same aisle so I politely pointed out the problem. To my dismay she just looked up me momentarily then just carried on with her work without responding. Obviously I didn't buy any fruit. Sadly it would have taken 5 minutes to remove the damaged banana and wipe the shelve down as there wasn't much stock on it and a response would have been nice.

Good local shop to me, decent parking for the size of the shop.. not bad prices, decent selection. The staff are very nice. Only one self service checkout though which is a negative for me, the queues can sometimes be long also but overall a great shop, I mainly shop here.

Great little store. Had everything I was looking for. Had plenty of parking, with additional parking around the back. All produce looked fresh, well presented and the shop was clean and tidy.

Often poorly stocked and when stocked, poor selection. Tills normally abandoned leaving you to deal with a malfunctioning self service machine that needs staff to reset it for nearly every customer making itself redundant.

A very handy coop, staff are lovely. You may have to queue at times.

Nice little co-op, good parking & a good selection of products
