Co-op Food - Rockfield Road - Monmouth

There was a staff member named ‘Jessica’ on yesterday, and I’ve never in my life been spoken to with such rudeness and sarcasm, absolutely disgusting. I will not be going back to that shop. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Disgusting attitude, I thought co op had better staff.

All staff are extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, i keep forgetting that this Co-op is simply a convenience store and not a supermarket and therefore, I'm always disappointed with variety of products and their prices. I usually love the co-op. ...but not this one.

Good selection for a convenience store. Always well stocked up. Nice Staff too

Extensive opening hours, a good range available for a convenience sized store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some of the staff were a little 'off' but on the whole it was a good experience

Nice shop but older man behind till was miserable not very customer friendly and we were visiting monmouth on a short break bit disappointed
