Came in to post 2 parcels this yesterday and there was only one member of staff. She completed my first parcel and then the phone rang so she decided to answer the phone and serve another customer from the other counter. Before returning to me for my second parcel. I will be going elsewhere

Friendly and helpful staff. It is a small shop so a brief wait should naturally be expected if there are several customers and only one staff member on duty. They are, however, very personable and do everything they can for the customer in my experience there.
