Clearly under new management and the woman running the counter literally has no idea what she's doing. whatever you do do not take your Hermes parcels there as she made so many errors trying to register main to return an item it has now been lost due to her incompetent . I wouldn't be shocked if they've stolen it !

Friendly staff and brilliant new owner. Invested in the shop fixtures and fittings and improved much wider range. Been a great support during lockdown. Well done 👏🏻
