Ordered a giant cookie from online with a message on the front. It was nicely packaged. Although, a gold bar had fallen off. The cookie was very large and tasty. The flavours were quite nice and the cookie was quite soft in the inside. I wouldn’t say it was special enough to warrant 5 stars but I did enjoy it.

My package was thrown over the back gate I assume by delivery. The package was destroyed by a fox and I found it outside. I contacted the company who refused to give me a replacement as it wasnt expected that delivery would throw it over. I didn't get a chance to have any and won't be using the company again who refuse to give customers a replacement.

Via a Vodafone promotion, I ordered a cookie which was free, and I paid only had to pay for postage. Between a postal strike, and attempted redelivery on a Sat, I didn't receive the cookie until last Mon. It was stale and didn't taste right. I emailed customer services and Chelsea was extremely helpful. She arranged for another cookie to be made for me and I collected it at Selfridges on Oxford Street on Wed afternoon.
This was a lovely gesture, especially as I got the cookie via a promotion. Also, i bought a cookie brownie when I was picking up the cookie and it was absolutely to die for. Apart from how good their cookies and other items are, in future I won't go past them as I've experienced such good customer service on this occasion. I highly recommend Blondies Kitchen 👍🏻

I'm giving these 1 star because my expectations were high given the reviews, and they didn't live up to them one bit. Cookies were sweaty and oily, and honestly, you can get better quality from M&S. Mine and my partner's favourite to go to is still going to be Ben & Jerry's. Don't mind the price, but you're not paying for better quality, just nice packaging.

I ordered a cookie, initially it was delayed due to postal strikes but they refused to refund. Then when they sent it, I did not get notified then it sat in Royal Mail for a week I followed up with Blondies had they sent an email first week in Jan saying order dispatched - they claimed I received notification and it was my problem and would not re issue or refund! Save your money no customer service I’m not the first customer with the issue and I won’t be the last! Go Millie’s guys Blondies are not worth the hassle 0 customer service

I ordered a giant cookie online, I don't really know what I was expecting ordering but in comparison to other similar places it has to have been by far the worst cookie I've had. Thankfully I only paid the delivery but I'd have still rather bought packs of cookies from the likes of tesco! Why anyone would pay full price for one of these is beyond me.

Love this cookie company! Been a fan since 2016 when they had the pop up in old street. My favourite cookie is the we’re not fudging around, the gooey fudgey chocolate and peanut chips are sensational!!!
