Neither best service nor great quality work. If you just need something printed but aren't worried about its quality or price, you might consider this.

If management take a look at fixing a few simple things they would offer a much better service:
- Prices for print per page etc need much clearer display.
- Inexperienced staff need training for customer service - ie checking exactly.what service and price is being offered / required.
- Prices too high for simple per page printing, etc.
- Paper for a single job should be of the same quality - standardise your supplies!

It is an extra £2.50 to have passport pictures sent digitally to your email, when I asked why it is more expensive than a hard copy and joked about how they have a captive audience, the guy became very agitated and tried to get me to leave. He lied about not being able to pay by card (I was there last week and paid for printing by card). I will not be returning.

I recently printed my promotional campaign in that copy center and have nothing to complain about it. Friendly people with will to help customer. Reasonable prices, done very good job and fast delivery time.

I went in this place to have some passport ID photos taken, a young girl, trainee, took two snap shots, and said 4 or 6 printed photos were £5.00. When the manager Richard came out from the back I told him I just wanted digital copies emailing to me and no hard copies were needed, he then raised the price up to £10 and I have no idea why! After 20 minutes of him trying to use some software to get them to the correct size which he obviously had no idea how to use, he emailed me the two rubbish photos. When I got home and uploaded the photos to the passport website, I was then asked by the passport office to send in two new identical photos as it had been ten years since my last photos were taken and the new ones were not good quality. I emailed Richard back and said i'm sorry but I do need hard copies of the photos could you print them for me and I will collect them, Richard then said it would be a further £5.00 to print them!!!!
I am so angry as the price for a set of very bad quality passport photos is usually £5.00 from here, what did i pay £10.00 for and why do I have to pay an additional £5 to have them printed?
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THE MANAGER JUST MAKES UP PRICES WHEN IT SUITS HIM.
I will be contacting the Trading Standards reporting this shady business and going somewhere else to get proper quality photos taken.

By far the worst copy shop I have visited. 0 choice of paper, confusing pricing scheme (I paid £11 for three A4 prints of two are completely useless to me and were test prints). The person serving customers was friendly but the older guy who appeared to be the owner was not. Total lack of receipt and cash only is also not great. Avoid at all cost!

I came in and wanted to print and scan few documents out of my usb stick. However, I was stunned when I saw that the guy working there doesnt even bother closing the tabs on pc from previous customers. (Probably doesnt delete them either) I could see like 20 tabs opened with private information of previous customers on the screen. Luckily I left before I gave him my usb stick and ofc shared my valuable feedback. If you are printing anything what you dont want to share with other random people, dont visit.

Very Bad customer service totally ignored what i explained to them, was told could be done in 2 hours but as im busy i gave them 3 days ad when i phoned they had not even started my job.
i left a piece of card as a sample of what i wanted my labels printed on but they ignored that and printed stickers saying " that's what we thought you wanted" how can you think that when i left a sample card, cant recommend this shop and certainly wont use again

Very friendly owner, and really efficient and easy service, would highly recommend! I’ll definitely come back again
