Twice they have tried to deliver my parcel to a completely wrong address. Have tried to contact them to sort out the problem but haven’t found a way to get through to them yet. Just been informed my order is being handled by them again! No doubt it will mean my husband driving around Annan trying to track the courier down again. Beyond a joke now.

They are completely useless. There are two houses with the same address but different postcode 5 miles apart and Amazon Prime delivery seem unable to put 2 different coordinates in their SATNAV

Parcels constantly getting left outside of neighbours house on the website it says handed to resident when it clearly has not.

Great place to work friendly community flexibility to work as a worker at DPN1 all I can say it's a good job and good place to be must like night shifts
