A company that i had trouble finding id, it is so big and still didn't know which side to go

We just had Gary and Jack from Wincanton drop off our flat pack furniture from IKEA, and they've provided the best service we've received, all the way to our hallway.

They were informative and went out of their way to help us load and unload the delivery. We're very happy Gary and Jack handled our delivery. They've made our bank holiday furniture assembly project a lot lighter than it could have been!

Most disorganised site I ever been. They dont care how much time driver is held. Nobody knows what to do, nobody knows about booked deliveries. Wondering how they are making money

Mark and Craig delivered by parcel today on time without any issues. Excellent service!

We had Craig and Mark deliver our furniture from IKEA just now they were extremely helpful no fuss took everything to the first floor.

I ordered some timber from Wickes
Order number 670096833
To be delivered Friday 26th November to my home
The delivery driver rang me informing me that he would be with me in 10 mins
I live at number 62 ? My order was delivered and unloaded to number 66?
Fortunately I rang the driver asking him how long he would be. I was informed that he had delivered to 66? as per his delivery note
Anyway he returned and collected my order and finally delivered to me

As a customer of Wickes for some years now, I wasn’t impressed
Personally I do not believe that 66 ? was on the delivery note, but if it was , how come?

Krzysztof and Steven H were very nice and friendly. The delivery was on time. They called twice to notify the delivery time. Very professional.
