Brought my new phone and staff had plenty of time to go through and set up phone ,transfer everything from.my I'm phone too. I'm.so pleased with the customer service there. Also I'm.not sure people know they have a shop inside as I took my daughter with me and she was under the impression it was just offices. Also loving my new phone 😁

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cut off service to my phone due to a billing error of their own making. The day after I called (waited 45mins) to make the payment the service was cut off again. Called back to find out why only to be told the payments were some how mixed up and part of the resolution was to cancel the account suspend service for 72 hours and set up again. Disgusting and disgraceful.

Absolutely diabolical customer service. I upgraded my phone last month and didn't purchase insurance at the time. I have since been trying, with no success to buy insurance for my phone. I tried again today, only to be told I was outside the 28 days !! - days which I have spent, ringing, emailing and messaging but still no insurance. Don't know what the hell I'm going to do now.

Good location with plenty of parking. IT facilities are a bit dated and in need of an update but office spacious and airy which is good.

Customer service if that’s what you can call it, is a joke. I’m amazed that a company this bad exists. Definitely time to leave O2.

O2 is totally uncontactable if and when you need to contact them. They do not answer emails, the phone number they give out to contact if phoning from abroad is permanently engaged and has been this way for 4 months.

They have disconnected my number without cause or reason despite there being over £60 on my account unused, so what has happened to this money? Has it been stolen and swallowed up into the treasure chest of O2 I wonder?

This company is not a credible company to be a customer of. There is no customer service or customer care. They think nothing of customers.

I’ve had several contract phones through this company!
I purchased an iPhone 2 years ago I applied insurance on my contract and kept telling me I’d not asked for it yet previous android phone I always had insurance!
Lately they keep switching my iPhone off for 1 months money making excuses that the bill is generated one week after I paid by card!
Happened so many times I rang the office and this woman I now have the name of!
I couldn’t ring my bank because phone was blocked from out going calls!
I’m discussing about getting a sim deal after my contract has ended!
Phone went silent twice so she was ignoring me!!
Lied telling me having to log in and went silent again and she ended the call!
Funny though because I hadn’t switched my phone off to restart and I found my iPhone was unblocked!!
Previous to being put through to her!!
This guy refused to put my iPhone on unless I gave him a date to pay!!
One I can’t ring anyone!
Two after constantly complaining they’re turning off every month lately!
I raised my complaint and this customer service lady took my complaint and applied me some data as goodwill!
I have raised my complaint now with the ombudsman!!
I will not be paying you this £51 as per instructions by the ombudsman!!
I’m registered disabled!!!!!!
Like all companies miss one payment and they accuse the computer switching off automatically!!!
