Step2wo (Head office)

1 star is way too much. I bought a pair of school shoes for my son age 9 for £69 . After 1 month the shoes started falling apart. When I went to the store to return the faulty shoes have been told that my son is not wearing them properly. The sales assistants and especially assistant manager have been extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to call for a manager or give me their names so I can make further complain. It meant to be luxury shoe brand for children. Well not luxury quality and far from luxury staff.

Easy to use website and good selection of shoes! They arrived next day and didn't pay delivery because they were over £50!

The 2 women who work in this shop are lacking in warmth and enthusiasm - bordering on rude. One barely looked up from texting on her phone. Head office - you can do better!

Great service - fast delivery, easy tracking and my daughter absolutely adores her shoes!

Girl stood behind the the counter for 10mins before she decided to come over and ask if we needed help.
When we did ask for various sizes she was pretty useless and had nonchalant attitude. They were sold out of sizes for my son and weren’t willing to offer a discount on the display shoes that were abit grubby but still wanted to charge full price. She called another staff member who wasn’t willing to offer a discount on them either. They suggested we go to their concession in selfridges but they weren’t picking up at the other end to confirm they even had them. I begrudgingly took them as I needed them for a wedding. Spent £180 on 3 pairs of footwear for my 3 year old with them. They still had no interest in offering me a discretionary discount on the display worn shoes! Shoes nice, but I doubt will last, as soft Italian leather shoes wears quickly on adults let alone children tearing around in them!

The store in east sheen is brilliant. Staff have been there for years. They have great range of step 2wo an startrite and lots of other brands. Great loyalty scheme too. I get all the kids shoes from there.

I ordered shoes from the Step2wo website. The fit wasn't right so I returned them as instructed. There has been no refund and the business seems to have disappeared. There is no answer at the phone number and the website is gone.
