Very poor Customer Service at your Exeter Branch. Poor communication from the staff. Had an issue with the car and Jason Everitt the manager didn't really want to help and gave no support or empathy whatsoever. More of a 'its not my problem' attitude. Very disappointing especially as we are a regular and very good customer of Thrifty. Awful mgt skills Jason !
