Brought a bag that decorative fixing came off. Went to store as lost receipt told nothing they could do even though had bank statement. Contact store a while later after being poorly. Manager said he could sort it with statement. Paid £10 for taxi to be then told offer 50% off another purchase.
Called head office asked to speak to manager none available as managers don't call customers. gave number while giving other info hot cut off... No call back
So unhappy. Funds tight and could not replace bag. No apology.
Poor quality goods, poor quality customer service. So very unhappy.

Was using TK at giltbrook in Nottingham today. I saw an elderly disabled woman humiliated by the manager there, she was asked for proof that she was disabled as she had her support dog with her, which was wearing a correctly displayed ID, stating it was a support animal. She told him "how does one prove you are disabled". He replied. All disabled people carry cards saying they are disabled. She informed him his behaviour was a breach af the Disability Discrimination Act 2005. He told here he did not care. It was a health and safety issue to have a dog in a store. She left the store in tears, leaving her shopping behind. I could not beleive his behaviour towards an elderly disabled woman. I think that it is disgraceful that a very large company, such as TKmax, has such Neanderthal's working in mangement positions. I tried to telephone, to complain in person, but after fifteen mins on phone, still waiting in the queue.

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the members of staff in one of the stores and called customers services to make a complaint against bullying, harassment and intimidation behaviour of a manager and never got a reply. I’ve been told that I would receive a call due to the magnitude the facts but no contact has been made.

Last Minute Dilema,
well what can i say,, John Paul @ market street Manchester Branch what a top guy. i bought a suit several weeks ago, so monday 16th i went back to tkmaxx and bought a pair of shoes to match the suit, i decided to try the suit on but had put some weight on and the suit didnt fit, went back today to exchange but didnt have any suits to fit, No problem, Manager John Paul to the rescue this guy went the extra mile to get me sorted out could not have asked for a better service even if i was in a smaller shop spending thousands of pounds on a suit, if carlsberg did store managers !!! i even offered to buy his lunch, top top bloke.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with TJX customer service. My call was answered promptly and I was able to speak to a real person! ( Quite refreshing in current times!) The lovely agent answered my query, dealt with it immediately, apologised for my inconvenience and gave me a complimentary gift card to compensate my loss and provide me with free postage on my next order as a gesture of goodwill even though the fault was with the courier service and not TK Maxx! Customer service at its absolute best! I absolutely love TK Maxx and Homesense and this has reiterated why! Keep up the amazing work and thank you ❤️

Loved working at TJX EUROPE as a contractor. They really take you in as one of their own. Never have I felt more welcomed by a company. Sadly today was my last day as moving on to new opportunity but will really miss the people I met at TJX not just in the UK but across Europe and US.

If it were at all possible to award this ungrateful and duplicitous Watford branch of OUR AMERICAN CORPORATION zero stars, then that is what would be selected. Your staff are the most bigoted, hateful people who seem to forget that whether you hate Americans or not, you work for an American Corporation, which enables you to pay your extortionate utility bills. We have our eyes on all of you.
