Friendly staff, beautiful and trendy offices. Good place to learn about products. The conference room we were in was warm and we had to keep doors open to have air circulation. Therefore, no 5 stars.

Terrible company. Absolutely disgusting staff like Elena Flores HR coordinator. She is nasty and rude. Tell me since when do you hire a absolute filth of a woman as a Human Resource coordinator?? That does not make sense one bit!! Her attitude is unbelievable, she never listens just talks over you to prove herself right. It gets worse, she blatantly lies to make herself seem right. This woman needs a doctor because she is mentally unsafe. I could go on and on but I will not waste anymore time. L'Oreal will get sued one day because of this disgraceful human being.

Also home of the hair Academy where you can get have a cut and colour at a vastly reduced price as a model. All stylists are fully qualified, doing extra courses at L 'oreal to boost their skill sets. Cutting isn't the focus, tinting, highlighting, root cover and creative colour change are. NB you need to be skin tested every 6 months for potential allergic reactions to their product range so phone-in to arrange it. You can be tested for all ranges then you will have more choice on colour finishes. This needs to be done at least 48 hours ahead of an actual hair appointment. Cuts with colouring are rare and usually reserved for radical change not trims. Don't rely on it. Other academies specialise in cutting. Check Google under hair modelling or free haircuts. A colour will cost £15. £25 pounds maximum for cut n colour. Really cheap and well worth it because it is supervised thoroughly. Any problems are always put right by the lead tutor. At this point you can't buy the products on display in the reception area. That will change soon and I'll post here when that happens. Eat before coming because no food is allowed in the training rooms !!

I been to the Academy two times for a hair model appointment and I never got my hair done.

After getting my hair done once I booked another appoiment. The reception staff Krishma sent me back two times on the day, even though I was there. First time I was sent back because there was too many models and not enough hair dresser. Half a hour later I got a call back to come in because someone did not turn up. Krishma said to me they won't send me back next time because it will be my secound time sent back. However on the secound time I arrived I was a couple of minutes late and they booked me for another appointment. What she said before was a lie.

The L'Orél Academy reception staff are unorganised and they waste my time going back and fourth to the Academy. All Krishma does is book me a appointment for another day. They put too many hair models on the list, what they say is not true, not everyone there get there hair done. I don't rate this place at all.

I went to the L'oreal Academy to schedule an appointment 2 months ago 2 half ago on 07-08-2018.
The attendant informed me, after analysed my hair and hearing from me about my necessities and focus over my colour hair desire, that it would be better if I scheduled a schedule with a professional colorist, which would only be available on 02-11-2018, at the time of 13:30.

After the made the appointment, I went to L'oreal Academy twice on different scheduled dates (the last one on 9/29/2018) to make reaction tests on my skin.

I accepted to wait for this time so long because I am eager to change the tone of my hair - I have many white threads and at the moment I can not pay large sums of money for this service.

On 29-10-2018 I received a secretarial call from the L'oreal Academy informing me that my schedule on 02-09-2018 would be at 12:30 pm and no more at 13:30 pm on 02-11-2018.

On 02-11-2018 I received a call from the same office saying that my schedule would be 12:00 and that I was delayed in 15 minutes. I tried to argue with her that my schedule was rescheduled from 1:30 pm to 12:30 and I would arrive in 10 minutes on the spot.

Upon arriving at the L'oreal Academy, this office informed me that I would not be served and very rude and rude did not let me argue that she herself had changed my schedule from 13:30 pm to 12:30 pm and only then was she informed me that My schedule was 12:00.

I am deeply disappointed and feeling very disrespected as a consumer and human being, by the treatment I received from this officer and from L'oreal as a global company. I've never been so badly treated in my life.

Would give it 0 star if I could. After going there twice for patch tests for hair colour and getting an appointment after two months of wait list my appointment day arrived. I was scheduled for 11:45am and when I went in they made me wait for an hour and a half only to be told my appointment has been cancelled and that I can reschedule for another day. The whole experience has been traumatising and horrible. Please avoid this place.

I bought two lipsticks, eye liner and rimel from L’Oréal. When I came home and put it on, no colours appeared.. All of them rubbish.. I put them in the bin. I wouldn’t mind to pay more for really stuff.. what a brand!! I have picture to post here but there is no option!!

As a former contractor at Loreal Hammersmith I'd say it was an overall positive experience despite shady company culture and poor work ethic.
