Barker Shoes

Went with no expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. There was a great selection of shoes set out in sizes and widths. There was a section for slight imperfections and another for discontinued stock. The staff were fantastic, especially a young lady who couldn't do enough to help, she went out to the stock room to check for other styles and sizes. Have to say this same young lady opened a packet of biscuits for my 2 year old daughter who was becoming a little restless. Bought a pair of shoes and will certainly be returning to buy more. Great value. Thank you.

The selection of shoe was terrific. To make it better still, there are choices of width too. Beautiful shoes at excellent prices. That is for the ladies too. I cannot praise the staff high enough. Knowledge and charming made buying too easy.

Fed up of £50-£100 shoes from High Street retailers falling apart after months and needing a decent set for an event, I thought I would see what all the fuss was about with a quality hand made pair. I'd heard that a few bargains could be had down at the factory outlet in Earls Barton, so I gave it a try.

Super helpful staff. No rush. No big queues. Great choice!

My first set of Barkers had a very slight mark on the leather and discounted heavily due to that. I wouldn't have noticed the mark had it not been pointed out by a bright circle sticker. As with all proper leather shoes it takes a while to bed them in. After a few wears they now feel like soft comfy slippers and I get compliments whenever I wear them.

I've since been back 3 times and now have a set of high quality and great looking shoes for all occasions. I can tell they will last years.

Well worth a trip. You won't be disappointed.

The factory shop sells shoes with minor imperfections at largely reduced prices. They are hand made and of the most amazing quality and design. Also avalable in a range of width fittings as well as sizes.
The staff are warm friendly and knowledgeable. But remember they are still going to set you back between £150 & 200. But worth it.
I bought these, Amazing. Wife won't let me out on my own again! Thought about the yellow ones but they clash with my eyes!

Great, quite a selection and enough space to try the shoes on properly. Many factory shops are too small.

A disappointing experience , I have 6 pairs of Barkers shoes, so am a decent customer . this was my first visit to the factory shop as I happened to be in the area. The Factory shop was something of a Jumble sale with rows of dusty old stock at not very cheap prices. Having just been to the Solovair shop a few miles away the comparison was stark. This experience cheapened the whole proposition of ownership. Come on Barkers you can surely afford to present and merchandise better than this .

Outstanding service! Loakes should take note. Ordered the wrong size my mistake sent back and within 5 days they had received my returns and sent out the replacement! Also the shoes I purchased before the Black Friday sale went down and they refunded me the difference which I didn’t even ask for! If you want quality shoes and excellent customer services this is the place.

Fantastic service and shoes. The Barker team could not be more accommodating and helpful. Barker has an excellent and wide range to choose from. No doubt will be back for another pair soon!
